Mission Statement The Mission of the Human Resources Department and the Human Resources Committee is to provide fair and consistent human resource systems and services that are alighed with strategic buisness objectives. Through partnership with the various departments and their employees, we will provide a continuous commitment to creating a constant flow of new processes, fresh ideas, professional development opportunities and real-life philosophies that will mold and shape the way TLC will evolve.
The Landings Club is the largest private country club in the United States. We are located on beautiful Skidaway Island where club property encompasses approximately 4,500 acres of majestic oaks and pines. It takes approximately 400 employees year-round to provide outstanding services to our members and their guests. We are one of the largest employers in the Savannah areas, hiring individuals with various skills and diverse backgrounds to fill 80 different job classifications.
