Fitness Staff Personal Training (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Fitness, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Flexibility, Golf/Tennis, Sports/Athletic Conditioning, Youth/Teens)
Oakridge Fitness Center is the home of Savannah’s most qualified and best personal training staff. Most people seek personal training to become more fit, relieve boredom, lose weight, or recover from a medically related problem due to general physiology, bone/joint, or muscle health. We have the most well trained staff in the area. All of our trainers are well educated with college degrees or higher and hold national certifications in multiple disciplines. The staff is also encouraged to attend continuing education courses often to remain up to date on recent trends and research.
Based on your individual goals, a personal trainer will design and help you through a personal exercise program. Training appointments can be made by filling out a “Request Form” and “Medical Health History Form” at the fitness center front desk. You can sign up for just a single session, or buy a package of multiple sessions at a discounted rate. We currently offer half and full hour options. You have the option of having a male or female trainer, and we will work with you to pair you up with the right individual for your needs. You may also feel free to stop by and speak directly with Jamie Walton, Director of Fitness, to discuss your personal needs and goals as they might relate to a particular trainer’s expertise.
