**Each class has 5 TO 8 minutes of warm-up and cool down movement and stretches**

SPIN (45–55mins): Spinning classes are designed for all fitness levels in that you are in control of your own resistance.

  • Basic/Recovery: This class is for beginners or those who need a “recovery” class.
  • Interval: This is a typical Spinning class with flats, hills, sprints, and jumps- A great total body conditioning class.
  • Advanced: A more intense “Interval” class- this class is a challenge!
  • Endurance: A class designed to keep your heart rate in its “training zone” for increased cardio endurance. Less recovery and interval work.

ABC Conditioning: Agility, Balance and Core! Train these most important components of fitness in dynamic and exciting new ways! It's not “if”
you lose your balance and possibly fall, it's WHEN you lose your balance ~ This class is for everyone and anyone who wants to work on Balance,
Stability, Agility, and Core muscles. Also wonderful for tennis players and golfers!

Cardio Kickboxing: Train like the professional kick-boxer in our 45 min. class & learn all the basic techniques that will take you to a higher level of
Fitness, confidence and security. All levels welcome!

Zumba!: Blast calories while grooving to international rhythms including Salsa, Merengue, Hip Hop, Samba, Cumbia,
andmore! www.zumba.com This class combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. It is based on the principal
that a workout should be fun! Zumba utilizes the principal of interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total
body toning! Zumba Kids! is for ages 8-14yrs and parents are welcome!

Total Conditioning: A TOTAL body workout focused on strengthening and tightening! Enjoy this spiced up strength training class
Including core exercises and power moves (optional) to increase the heart rate for a more exciting, enhanced and effective workout.

Amazing Abs: This class concentrates entirely on the core structure of the body. The instructor will challenge your abdominal and
back muscles with exercises that help with balance, posture, performance, and flexibility.

Iyengar Yoga: emphasizes the development of strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration. It is characterized by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. Standing poses build strong legs, increase general vitality, and improve circulation, coordination and balance, ensuring a strong foundation. Unlike more experiential approaches where students are encouraged to independently "find their way" to the asanas by imitating the teacher, an Iyengar Yoga class is highly verbal and didactic, with misalignments and errors actively corrected.

Step and Strength: Using a 4 to 8 inch specially designed platform, 20 – 25 min of stepping followed by 20 –25 min of deep total body toning. This is a traditional step class. All levels of fitness may attend this class. Please work at your own level. Some knees do not like these movements.

Stretch: A relaxing hour of flexibility training. This class is absolutely necessary for golfers, tennis players, runners, and all that want to be healthy and free of aches and pains. Great for all fitness levels.

Strength Training: This class has no real cardio component with the exception of an initial warm-up. Deep strengthening for the total body is the theme of this class. A great class for those that have Osteoporosis or don’t want to have Osteoporosis! Firm up all those hard to tone areas! All fitness levels may participate with good modifications offered by the instructor.

Golf Strength and Flex: Exercises and stretches to help enhance your golf fitness! You will strengthen for endurance, become more flexible for a better turn, and become more aware of body mechanics. Mainly for golfers and all fitness levels.

Pilates: This class is all floor work with traditional movements as well as the new “yoga” and “Pilate’s” type movements. This class is necessary to complete your deep toning needs for the long lean muscle look. All levels of fitness may enjoy this class.

Power Pilates: a new twist on the "classic " mat series using the traditional mat series variations of more intensity are used to challenge those familiar with the method. Modifications for ALL levels of Pilates students are always offered . Break down of technique in very simple form so those just beginning can practice along with those more advanced student. Concentration on balance of core stretching and low back stretches are emphasized.

On the Ball (we request that you use a club labeled “OFC” ball, the club in not liable for balls purchased by members and left here): This is a class combines cardio, stretching and strengthening for a total body workout using 45-65cm stability balls. Ball size is determined by height, see instructor for proper set up!

Tai Chi: There are some ancient Chinese remedies from the T’ai Chi Ch’uan tradition that were specifically developed to heal body, mind, and spirit together. And now, medical science agrees that the basic elements of slow natural breathing, slow relaxed movement, gentle stretching, and silent meditation are effective in improving mental health and physical fitness. The classes offered here are in the tradition of Cheng man-Ching’s Yang style short form T’ai Chi Ch’uan. Minimal exertion is required, though the student can make it as strenuous as desired to gain the most benefit. The classes focus on the fundamentals of Chinese calisthenics, with eventual introduction of the T’ai Chi form itself. The martial arts aspect is not emphasized, but the exercises are done in a sort of meditation-in-motion, in silence. All levels welcome.

AQUA (WATER) CLASSES (45 - 60 mins in the indoor pool):

  • AQUA INTERVAL: A total aerobic conditioning class incorporating both cardiovascular and strength training exercises.
  • AQUA CARDIO : Mostly aerobic with some strengthening at the end of the class.
  • AQUA STRENGTH : Strength class that concentrates on all areas of the body. Cardio incorporated in the warm-up.
