Our group fitness classes are designed with members in mind. We offer our members a robust lineup of low, moderate and high-intensity classes focused on cardio, strength, stretching, flexibility, functionality or a variety of discipline combinations available during 55 classes per month.
We create a new fitness class schedule each month to give members over 65 opportunities to fit in exercise and try new workouts. Our group fitness classes take place in the gym and in the pools. We offer aqua classes year-round in the two indoor pools at the fitness center. During the summer, we offer aqua fitness classes in our heated outdoor pool. We offer a robust lineup of low, moderate and high-intensity group fitness classes focused on cardio, strength, stretching, flexibility, functionality and a variety of discipline combinations. Our Fitness 101 classes are designed to take the intimidation out of trying new fitness modalities, including yoga, TRX and Pilates.
