Classes & Schedules
Our group fitness classes are designed with members in mind. We offer our members a robust lineup of low, moderate and high intensity classes focused on cardio, strength, stretching, flexibility, functionality or a variety of discipline combinations available during 55 classes per month.
We create a new fitness class schedule each month to give members over 65 opportunities to fit in exercise and try new workouts. Our group fitness classes take place in the gym and in the pools. We offer aqua classes year-round in the two indoor pools at the fitness center. During summer, we offer aqua fitness classes in our heated outdoor pool. We offer a robust lineup of low, moderate and high intensity group fitness classes focused on cardio, strength, stretching, flexibility, functionality and a variety of discipline combinations. Our Fitness 101 classes are designed to take the intimidation out of trying new fitness modalities, including yoga, TRX and Pilates. Our 23 personal training staff members have over 150 years of combined experience and diverse training philosophies. Our personal trainers take time with each client to listen, evaluate the current fitness level and set short term and long-term goals. We have trainers that specialize in weight loss, rehabilitation, athletic conditioning, event training and functional movement. Whatever your wellness goal, our team has the tools and expertise to get you moving in the right direction.
The Oakridge Wellness Center houses personal trainers that are robust with talent and expertise. Our professional training staff is skilled in a variety of disciplines and techniques. Each trainer holds a nationally recognized certification in personal training and the majority of our staff also holds a baccalaureate degree in an exercise related field. All of our personal training clients begin with an hour-long consultation and evaluation. The first step in getting to where you want to be is to know where you are now. After the initial appointment, our members have the option of one-on-one personal training or duet personal training for two. We offer hour or half hour long sessions and our personal training packages are a great deal. No matter where you are, our certified personal trainers of all ages and backgrounds will help you get to the next level.
The Landings Club offers a wide array of pool settings, programs and activities to fulfill the desires of our community.
Our Franklin Creek pool is "kid-centric" with a 2' shallow end for toddlers and parents to play. This pool features our "easy ride" blue slide and thrill seeking members can enjoy the fast green tube. Child-friendly music and snack bar make this pool a "splash" with kids of ALL ages.
Our Marshwood pool is heated to 84 degrees year round and is a serene spot on the island adjacent to the driving range and lagoon. Our Cabana Bar and beachy music make the Marshwood pool both a hip and relaxing spot to be seen throughout the year.
Located at the Oakridge Fitness Center, Pool "A" (83 degrees) offers lap swimming and water aerobics classes; while, Pool B (90 degrees) is used for water aerobics classes, water therapy, and youth recreation. Oakridge also hosts our "adult only" pool and hot tub in a relaxed, spa-like atmosphere.
One of Oakridge Wellness Center's most popular amenities, our spa services are offered by our highly skilled massage therapy and esthetician professionals.
From hydrafacials and glycolic peels to waxing and body wrapping, certified esthetician offers a variety of services and consultations.
With three therapists on staff, including the #1 massage therapist in Savannah by Connect Savannah, a variety of massages services are offered including deep tissue, hot stone and couples massages.

Menu items designated LEAF are naturally sourced from seed, land or sea; minimally processed; free of added hormones; chemicals and artificial preservatives; express anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties; use healthy oils; contain whole grain flours and limit the use of sugar; and most importantly, food is fresh, colorful and tasty.
