Physical Therapy Services

In addition to our state-of-the-art strength training equipment, free weights and cardiovascular enhancing equipment, our wellness center also partners with St. Joseph’s/Candler (SJ/C), the region’s premier health institution, to provide on-site access to physical therapy. SJ/C's team of licensed, certified rehabilitation professionals include the area’s leading physical and occupational therapists. The professionals at the physical therapy center provide members with health education, on-site consultations, advanced care, and research-based treatment options. At the core of their approach to physical therapy are treatment plans uniquely tailored to the special needs of the individual and the community it serves.

Directions

From Southbound I-95:

Exit I-95 at Highway 17 South at Hardeeville, South Carolina. Continue on Highway 17 across the Talmadge Bridge (17 becomes I-16) to I-516 East (GA 21) Lynes Parkway South. This road changes to DeRenne Avenue. Turn right at the eighth traffic light onto Truman Parkway South. Continue to the Whitefield Avenue Exit (Spur 204). Turn left on Whitfield Avenue and continue straight for 4 ½ miles to The Landings main entrance.


From Northbound I-95:

Exit 94 (Highway 204), Abercorn Street Extension. Continue 12 miles and then turn right onto Montgomery Cross Road. 1.3 miles and turn right onto Waters Avenue. Proceed straight for a few miles, over two bridges and onto Skidaway Island. The Landings main gate is immediately past the 4-way stop.


From Savannah International Airport:

Take Airways Avenue to I-95 South. Take I-16 East to Savannah and exit at I-516 East (GA 21) Lynes Parkway South. This road changes to DeRenne Avenue. Turn right at the eighth traffic light onto Truman Parkway South. Continue to the Whitfield Avenue (Spur 204) exit. Turn left on Whitfield Avenue (Spur 204 East) for 4 ½ miles to main entrance.


From Hilton Head Island:

Take Highway 278 West to highway 170 South. Follow SC 170 to Highway 17. Continue on 17 across the Talmadge Bridge (17 becomes I-16) to I-516 East (GA 21) Lynes Parkway South. This road change to DeRenne Avenue. Turn right at the eighth traffic light onto Truman Parkway South. Continue to Whitfield Avenue (Spur 204) exit. Turn left on Whitfield (Spur 204) for 4 ½ miles to main entrance.
