Our 23 personal training staff members have over 150 years of combined experience and diverse training philosophies. Our personal trainers take time with each client to listen, evaluate the current fitness level and set short term and long term goals. We have trainers that specialize in weight loss, rehabilitation, athletic conditioning, event training and functional movement. Whatever your wellness goal, our team has the tools and expertise to get you moving in the right direction.

The Oakridge Fitness Center houses personal trainers that are robust with talent and expertise. Our professional training staff is skilled in a variety of disciplines and techniques. Each trainer holds a nationally recognized certification in personal training and the majority of our staff also holds a baccalaureate degree in an exercise related field. All of our personal training clients begin with an hour long consultation and evaluation. The first step in getting to where you want to be is to know where you are now. After the initial appointment, our members have the option of one-on-one personal training or duet personal training for two. We offer hour or half hour long sessions and our personal training packages are a great deal. No matter where you are, our certified personal trainers of all ages and backgrounds will help you get to the next level.
