Brad Conner | Aquatics Manager

Brad has a strong management background and many years of pool maintenance experience with a focus on repair and renovations. Brad came from Sweetwater Pools Coastal where he served as Vice President and Operations Manager for five years. There he managed pools, managed multiple employees and maintained over 70 commercial properties from Savannah to Beaufort. His responsibilities included lifeguard management and hiring, pool attendant management, commercial pool care, pool and equipment repair and renovation, contract negotiations, scheduling and staff training.

Brad and his family have enjoyed living in Savannah for the past five years. His wife, Dr. Yael Elfassy, is a local pediatrician and they have two daughters. Brad is excited to share his experience and knowledge with our staff and members in his role at the Club. With Brad’s expertise and experience, he is well positioned to maintain our high standard of quality and add value to our team.

Nathaniel D. Ether | Aquatics Administrator 

Nate has been serving with the Landings Club since July of 2014. He has been serving in his current role as Aquatics Administrator since September 2014. Nate has worked in a variety of roles since joining the team as he has been a Lifeguard, Pool Concierge, Gate Guard, Head Lifeguard, and Lifeguard Instructor. Nate brings a heavy skill set in organization to the team. Nate is a Certified Lifeguard and CPR Instructor with Starfish Aquatics Institute. He also currently holds certifications in Handle With Care and Personal Trainer. He has been involved in Aquatics since 2007. 

In 2011 he graduated with a major in General Studies and a second major in Christian Studies with a minor in Psychology and a second minor in Counseling from Crown College in Saint Bonifacius Minnesota. 
Nate has come to us from serving at-risk youth at Shepherds Hill Academy a non-profit in North East Georgia where he was able to help transform the lives of teens in crisis. He still serves them by his role as Social Media Strategist managing their social media sites and websites. 
Nate has  a two year old daughter Elena.

Chris Knarr | Aquatics Professional 

Chris has been with the club since 2006 and serves at the Oakridge Fitness Center pools. He has been serving as a lifeguard for over 10 years. Chris has a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Spanish. He has also earned a Masters of Science in Sports Medicine.
Chris is also a personal trainer at the Oakridge Fitness Center and is passionate especially when he earns appreciation. Several members over the years have shown that to Chris and he will bend over backwards for them. Chris’ knowledge and experience makes him has greatly help keep the pools in the right condition.
Chris is currently certified in the following: CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding for the professional rescuer.
